You will be able to give the authorization to the fiscal accountant to access to your digital archive, anywhere he is, without the need of bringing to or taking paper documents from him.

The KloudArchive team will take care of your documents like their own: digital signature, time stamp and other legal obligations will be carry out by us. It’s all included in the monthly fee, as long as you want to.

All of your documents will be handy available: you will be able to search, visualize and send them via email or, if you want, print them.

KloudArchive will order and organize all of your documents in monthly and annual archives. You will only need to upload your documents (in PDF format) showing us where to put them: you will be sure that they will be there and always available.

When you upload any document, KloudArchive duplicates it and makes it safe immediately in order to guarantee the highest level of safety and reliability, even in case of natural disaster.
Once all of your documents have been removed from KloudArchive, we will let you know by sending you an email. The cancellation of your documents will be done in safety and it’s not possible to stop or undo it.

Only you and your client will be able to access to the digital archive, anywhere you are, without the need of bringing or taking paper documents, invoices, registries, etc, and no more loss of documents.

The KloudArchive team will take care of the documents of your clients like their own: digital signature, time stamp and other legal obligations will be carry out by us. It’s all included in the monthly fee, as long as you want to.
